Right of withdrawal
Your right to withdraw
As a consumer you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- Products: the period starts on the day you, or a person you named, receive the product.
- Services: the period starts on the day the contract is concluded. If you asked us to start before the period ends, you lose the right once the service has been fully performed; if you withdraw during performance, you pay a proportionate part of the price.
How to withdraw
Send a clear statement to radiesthesia@somel.si or by post to SOMEL d.o.o., Dolga Poljana 18, 5271 Vipava, Slovenia. You may use the form below, but you do not have to. The deadline is met if you send your statement before it expires.
Returning products and refunds
Return the product to the postal address above no later than 14 days after notifying us. You bear the direct cost of the return.
We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice, using the same means of payment you used. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product back or you send proof of having sent it.
